Paper work to keep available when you move:
FOR LOAN APPROVAL
1. Copy of social security cards and picture ID such as driver´s license or military ID
2. Residence addresses for past 2 years with landlord addresses, if applicable
3. Name and address of employers for the past 2 years with W-2´s, 1099´s, etc.
4. Two most current pay stubs showing gross monthly salary and all deductions
5. Last 3 statements on all checking, savings, investments, IRA, etc. accounts.
6. Name, addresses, acc´t #´s, balances and mo paymnt. On all open charge acc´ts.
7. Addresses, loan info and lease agreements on all other real estate owned.
8. Certificate of eligibility and/or DD 214 and/or statement of service for VA loans.
9. If self employed, 2 years tax returns with all schedules, YTD P&L & balance stament.
TO REGISTER CHILDREN FOR SCHOOL
1. Current shot record
2. Name and address of last school attended
3. Last report card
4. Birth Certificate
5. Any scores obtained on standardized tests
