WHO WE ARE!
Lark, REALTORS was originally formed and operated by Ginger and Chris Lark
approximately 33 years ago. Alvin & Attracta Schraer became agents working with them in 2003. In July of 2005, Alvin & Attracta started their own Real Estate Company and the two companies merged in Dec. of 2006 with the Schraer Properties LLC becoming the parent entity and Attracta the managing Broker. To take advantage of the well established name and leadership in the industry it was determined that the company would operate under the name of Lark, REALTORS and maintain Boerne and San Antonio offices, allowing us to better serve our clients. Since then we have added a few select seasoned agents to expand our service and ability to meet our expanding clientele
